● To Start a Return: Email us at support@divinedose.com with your order number.
● Conditions: For safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles (with the inner seal intact), unless it is your first-time purchase being returned under our satisfaction guarantee.
● Refunds: Once we receive the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
● Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
